Flexible sit-on skirting covers the junction between wall and floor and is generally used on hard floorcovering.It is installed on top of the floorcovering and needs little maintenance other than regular cleaning. Generally, sit-on skirtings are used with hard floorcoverings such as vinyl and lino.Typical application areas include schools, offices and public buildings. This wall base profile is available in 100mm &150mm heights to suit different applications,and comes in 2 metre lengths & 15m coils which reduce the number of joins needed along a corridor length.Flexible pvc skirting is easy to install,and may be secured to wall surfaces using contact adhesive,or a double sided tape compatible with the PVC skirting.An adhesion primer should be applied if surface is porous.
