This is a flooring transition profile with a self adjusting feature that can be'squashed',allowing the profile to adjust to same or different floor covering heights of up to 9mm.This aluminium Z section profile gives a neat transition between carpet and laminated smooth flooring or tiles.Rough edges of the floor coverings are effectively covered and fixed in place.The Z bar profile can work both as a terminal or junction between same type or different floor coverings,and is fixed while laying the flooring.Top of section should be lightly tapped down using a rubber mallet after fitting to ensure a snug fit to edges of floor coverings.It comes with pre-drilled holes for screws
